I confess, that I had been so distraught and disturbed for a few days that gloom and helplessness were creeping in, thus decided to research, collect and collate info given across the world, by some leading Pulmonary Consultants.  from their Webinar’s.

Maybe it may help some of us as a timely wake-up call and save a life. Some of our friends and family perhaps lost their lives due to the lack of understanding of the timeline and nature of the Beast.

I was told that NHS Consultants, UK, had worked based on Timelines, and they swear by them. 

These are mainly the Timelines of the disease. Most Critical situations arise due to ignorance of the stages of Covid. Our adversary was/ is an unknown entity. An ever-evolving Microbe.

Who, What and Where it came from is still a dilemma. Especially the lethal double mutant, the triple mutant or whatever.

Most importantly it is the questions of,... Why India?

Coming back to saving lives, the 'Timelines', are as of now, the urgent need to educate ourselves.

One of the latest Webinar’s had some practical observations of NHS Pulmonary consultants. 

Hearing them gives us the importance to handle the time and stages of this virus. However, hopefully, it is never too late for ordinary people like us to educate ourselves and share and save a life.

 What is the life-saving message in these  Webinar’s is they go, Hammer and Tongs on TIMELINE.   

Count Days! 

Identify the turning point in the middle. 

Go for Help.  

 And while waiting for a bed ...

 We have to educate ourselves on what is an emergency and the Home AID.

Point the difference between the 1 st and 2 nd wave and make people mindful that this mutated virus is causing early progressive pneumonia so that they are aware that a physician should be in the loop early. and an early start of steroids and blood thinners becomes mandatory.

HOW  IS  2021 different from  2020  WAVE?

           On the -9th day you may collapse. Breathing laboured

-          Happy hypoxia 90 to 85 O2 level

-          As soon as Corona detected start Diabetic Die

           Corona and Sugar dangerous-Stop Rice/ Chappati/ Allu and sugar

           storm” may contribute to the mortality of COVID-19.

-          CRP level…C-reactive protein (CRP) levels high significantly, due to inflammatory 

           reaction

-          D-dimer test looks for D-dimer in blood. D-dimer is a protein fragment (small piece)

           that's made when a blood clots.

-         interleukin  6  IL-6 is an effective marker that might be able to predict upcoming  

          respiratory failure with high accuracy and help physicians correctly allocate patients at an   

           early stage.

-          Complete blood count

-          Oximeter  check every 2 hours

-          6 minutes’ walk test. If oxygen falls by 5% or more lungs are affected

-          Do not allow yourself to get to this condition...

-          You may survive you may not. 50 50 chance
